Just got back from a great morning at Bath racecourse with my friend doing the run it dye 5k.

We had to walk most of it as she had surgery on her spine 3 months ago and still loses control of her foot so was a bit worried of running on the uneven ground but what a fun event!!!

Got covered in powder dye round the course then at the end there is a bit of a dj set ending in a mass throwing of yet more dye!!

Looked a right sight going round tesco to get some food before o got home haha

Running with Monkeys

We're doing it in October at chatsworth, looking forward to it and already looking at how to make the dye...

Hoping it will be nice enough weather though
