It's probably cramp.

haha its twitches of joy - it happens when im repeatedly touched in sensitive areas and also during penetrated but once a guy pulls out that's when it really kicks in, I look like I'm having a slow motion fit, but it is pure joy, feels like little volts of electricity flowing through me...
