Now? Nothing, but back when i was 18, i was only 5ft 7, i managed to grow to 6ft3 by the time i was 19. No use though, i was a goalkeeper and 2 scottish league teams had released me due to my height the major issue. Sunday League for me now.

Im now personally happy with what ive got and who i am... I wouldnt change a thing, if other people arnt happy with me for what ever reason then move on! I dont have time for ppl like that anymore, dragging me down!! Life is for living i know that now and i intend to do so.... We are all beautiful in our own little way whether that be on the outside or in..... I love me lol xx

Is recommend laser eye surgery it is well worth it. Then no need to keep taking the specs of when having fun

Being able to control my weight. For me it's a mixture of mental weakness and physical metabolism.

I eat healthy, exercise regularly, but can't get below 250 lbs.

Was over 310 lbs a few years back and have maintained my weight at 250 for about 6 years, but just can't get below that no matter what I do.

Take the food your about to eat and remove one fifth from the plate.

Do this till your just used to making smaller portions.

Since your already maintaining a stable weight this should result in a 20% deficit and result in continual weight loss for at least another few months till you plateu again
