Titz Towers, North Notts

Soft boiled, laid on a think slice of cheddar on toasted cutting bread, with a bit of pepper, a dash of salt and a pint mug of Earl Grey.

Soft boiled, really runny yolk. Break up two slices of bread into a mug add in the egg, a knob of butter, salt and pepper. Mix it all up.

My gran still makes this for me. It's deelish.

My fave is egg and bacon cupcakes..

lightly fry and drain some bacon, leave to cool a few minutes

use it to line muffin tins trying to make sure there are no gaps (you may need to get creative with scissors here)

crack an egg in each bacon lined slot

sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs, cheese.. whatever

bake in a hot-ish oven for 3 or 4 mins

You're welcome
