"Dunked when I was a kid and ended up with soggy Rich Tea in my tea. Have never dunked again. Yuk."

You have to time how long you dunk for. Over dunking and you loose the bottom of your biscuit.

heres the science bit..

"the average pore diameter in a biscuit is equal to four times the viscosity of the tea, multiplied by the height the liquid rises squared, divided by the surface tension of the tea, multiplied by the length of time the biscuit is dunked"

This excellent penguin-biscuit-straw-tea experiment is worth a try. (Quite Common in Scotland apparently)

Here's how to try it yourself:

1. Buy penguin biscuits..

2. Completely unwrap a single biscuit and bite off two diagonally opposite corners of the biscuit.

3. Dip one of those corners into your tea whilst simultaneously sucking like a good’un through the other ( i.e. using the buist like a straw)

4. Having received a blast of hot chocolate flavoured tea come rushing through the biscuit quickly turn it sideways & shove it completely in your gob for a second rush of melted chocolate flavoured heaven.

Ya know ya gonna try it,,,,, so wot ya waitin for.....

It does.... but not nearly as good...and you need to apply a more subtle style of suction which somehow seems to diminish the pleasure

Definately dunk, although some biscuits are more suited to dunking than others.
