Bacon is nice cos it's made of pig. Not so cripsy that it's cindered, and the middle bacon is the bestest where you cut the rind off after it's cooked and leave it on the plate till last then slurp it all up. mmmmmmmm!!!

Smoked streaky for me, with rinds.

I cut the rinds off and cut into small strips, so that they can be fried separately until very crispy, yum yum!

I have been known to save up the rinds so that I can fry loads up in one go!

The bacon will be pan-friend until crispy, to be eaten as a sandwich with toasted white bread with butter on one side and English or Dijon mustard on the other, and a touch of freshly ground black pepper.

And I live in a county famous for its pigs and bacons!

My fave bacon is maple cured,nice and crispy with brown sauce mmmmmmmm
