Flaming phone won't work. Can't turn off , it's just on the lock screen. Anyone know how much to fix or can help. It's an iPhone 5??

Hi Blow, what you need to do is take out the Sim, and then pop its back in... Try wiping your screen after the sim it out? I have had the same thing, in lock screen mode.

Have you tried taking the battery out then leave it 30 secs before putting back in ?

Hereabouts

If it's got a removable battery, take it out blow on it and put it back in again. If it doesn't, hold down the lock button and the home button together until it shuts off

Cant do a better pull on an iphone,

The sim card is on the right spine, the little pin goes in and the sim will pop out

Removing and replacing it should reboot the device and hopefully kick it back in

If not, hammer, smash, android\windaz

What you have to do is press and hold the power button, then press and hold the home button at the same time until the screen goes black and a white apple logo appears.

Release the buttons and the phone will reboot.

As above says soft reset hold power and home button then when it turns off let go of the home button and reboot

Good man, don't know iPhones but knew you could do this, wasn't sure if was soft or hard reset and didn't want to inadvertently wipe the phone on him,
