Well after yrs of not being happy with my weight and stuff in February I finally decided enough is enough.

I joined slimming world with my relatives and signed up for a 10k run in June.

Now I have always enjoyed running and done regular bit the ate unhealthy meaning I maintained my weight.

When I started I was 16st10lbs in 11 weeks I've lost 2st3lbs making me 14st7lbs.

My running is now amazing doing 2-6 miles a day and in good speeds.

Another reason outside my own health an fitness to start this was a Msg saying I couldn't get meets cos I was fat so this also motivated me as I would hope try get some meets from fab as recently it's been like a desert with no fun lmao

Well sorry to post lots

excellent work OP - I know it takes real determination and dedication to do that so well done!

The challenge is to keep it up when you hit the wall - but that's a brilliant start!

Well done, I've lost almost the same amount since January and it's a long hard slog isn't it! Well done especially on the running, I've cracked the diet but can never manage the exercise.

Good luck for the 10k.
