Dogging as gone down hill :-(

Dogging around my area was alot better say 5 years ago compared with today. All it seems to be now are gay men which I have no problems with but where are all the couples gone ?

It has basically died due to a change in the law - which effectively made it illegal per se - and in Manchester the poor, overstretched police seem to have plenty of plain clothed officers to sniff the doggers out! In fact AND THIS IS TRUE a couple of profiles on here are police who actually put 'outside meets' up - TRUE

yep - on 3 separate occasions a certain ad was posted about meeting in a certain place - and on all 3 occasions, the police turned up not long after the stated time of the meet - and questioned people in cars and took their registration numbers etc - oh and the 'person' in the meet was nowhere to be seen - you have been warned !

Exactly what law has been changed to outlaw dogging.

Certainly not the Sexual offences Act 2003

"2003 Sexual Offences Act - Section 66 : Exposure

(1) A person commits an offence if-

(a) he intentionally exposes his genitals, and

(b) he intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress.

"

As long as doggers use sensible precautions with regards to choosing a location etc. there is nothing illegal about the activity
