Birmingham

Hi there folks. Hope you can help us out here. We will be at Travel Lodge London Heathrow Central in a week or two's time and we are looking for an all you can eat buffet as close to the hotel as possible. As per usual I find people on fab are the most helpful so any information on where the All You Can Eats are located and even better still. If you have been there was it any good. Thanks

Not hugely helpful as not within walking distance but a short taxi ride away is Jimmy Spice in St. Aines (oops sorry Staines) - loads of different cuisines and eat as much as you want.

There's also a nice Chinese buffet (also in Staines) called the Shanghai. Ignore the internet stories of it being closed on health grounds, that was a few years back but it's all good now!

Not aware on any near the hotels in Heathrow but a Google on Bath Road Heathrow might help

Hull

To further confirm the previous comment, what you will find in the immediate Heathrow Area will be hotels, hotels and more hotels, all of which just have Restaurants or Coffee Shops, geared primarily for transient travellers or where applicable, guests attending conferences at individual hotels.

If you seek what you might get in your home area, you'll more than likely have to go further afield, such as Staines as previously suggested, or head towards Hounslow, the latter of which can be reached via the No 81 bus route which links the Airport area along the Bath Road into Hounslow and operates 24 hours a day.

However, I also suggest you speak to Reception or if available, the Concierge at your hotel who should be knowledgeable enough to suggest likely establishments in the area.

Park Grand Hotel in Hounslow have a deal on Groupon for an all you can eat international buffet & a glass of vino!

It's about 20 mins drive.

Or how about the Premier Inn T5, I'm pretty sure a lot of PI catering on site is buffet style.

Only one I know of is in feltham... My dad and sister swear by it.. ..

It's called the golden empire.. and is on the high street. Can get a bus straight from Heathrow to feltham the 285

But I know there are a few in Staines and must be some in hounslow x

Of course if you're prepared to taxi to any of the aforementioned places rather than walk then slightly further afield but not too far is Windsor. The Yangtzee Chinese restaurant right opposite the castle isn't a help yourself buffet but is eat as much as you want (you can keep on ordering as much as you want multiple times off the menu for a fixed price) and the town is a whole lot better and more to see than Hounslow, Staines, Feltham etc.

You can have a really good night out in Windsor so if you've not been it's definitely worth a visit while you're down

The London Hong Kong is quite nice, 3 miles along Main road from your hotel.

Technically in Harmondsworth

While I would totally agree that Windsor is a much better place to go... It's a bit of a trek from Heathrow and would cost a fortune in a taxi
