I don't really understand why the main thread was closed, but he needs a word in his shell like by the police preferably!

We did have a problem with "stalking" which is what you are experiencing and the police were fantastic! It's like doctors! You won't be telling them anything they haven't heard before and Stalking and/or sexual harrassment or even sexual assaul are all illegal.
