Ive just made my latest batch, 100 of the little blighters and they are bloody gorgeous, I go for:

Beefburger mince (has a bit more fat content)

Pork and Leek sausages (skinned)

Tbsp of chilli paste

Breadcrumbs

Egg

Parmesan

Rolled, fried in olive oil for a bit of colour and slow cooked in a home made tomato sauce.

So would anyone like to munch on my balls??

"They sound lovely!!! "

They are, and none of the low fat options mentioned above, these are an indulgence!

I am doing my own Singapore rice, chicken balls and prawn crackers. Healthier and cheaper than the Chinese version.

I'm having a salad as I ended up eating a lot of beef over the weekend. No balls though.

Turkey breast mince is super healthy! Less than 2% fat and lots of protein
