get a piece of foam and cut into a wedge get some tubigrip have it double thickness place foam into ball of foot tubigrip must come from toes to knee and walk for a few mins every hr

I got supporting bandage on, and under that kinesiology tape to support around the ankle

Hopping lol I tried that almost went over the other ankle

Sadly not being waited upon, although had an offer of a bed bath .....

I should tear the ligaments more often - ouch did I really just say that - im touching every that is remotley wooden
