I drove over 10 miles this morning to arrive at my destination, park up and realise I had forgotten EVERYTHING I needed!!

Write a checklist / reminder notice, ready for when you're leaving home in future. Or check-in early to the Fab Care Home, and staff will assist your decline.

After I eventually drive back home for what I had forgotten and drive the 10 miles back to my client and worked my magic on her nails and I then popped to the town.. Picked up and bought shampoo and conditioner amongst other things. Unpacked, can I find the shampoo! No!

I am a bit OCD about checking and double checking.. I will make sure I pack tomorrow for the party as I have to leave very early saturday . Would be really bummed if I forgot something.

Never have this problem because i have hyperthymesia, can remember everything from the age of about 4 years old! Never forget anything which is actually a pain in the arse.
