I agree with the any distance for the right people, I joined friends at their holiday home in Europe for a week, also a big factor in me coming back to the U.K for a couple of weeks was meeting up with friends.

Good meets are worth making the effort for. You most definitely get out what you put in.

For a meet with whom I felt I connected and could genuinely explore with.

I'd happily travel within the UK when time and finances allowed for fun.

I've always thought any distance for the right person.

However recently thinking its best to stay relatively local as you don't have to invest in as much time and effort, especially if they turn out to be unsuitable or a time waster, or incapable of making plans and sticking to them.

I wouldn't look to travel too far, but my one play meet so far was way further than I would usually because I chatted with them and got to know them. Distance became an irrelevance.

Depends who the person is and what sort of connection we have.

Currently meeting only one person and I travel two and a half hours (on a good traffic day) each way to visit him. We have great fun and not just in the bedroom so it's worth it. It is lovely to be good friends with someone you have great sex with

We will travel most distances as long as there is a open club nearby in case the meet doesn't work out

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

We do two hours each way to visit someone we really like on here....we have done it a few times and will continue to do so. Most others are around an hour to an hour and a half each way which is fine by us

Central

We're all subject to different traffic and travel circumstances. Traveling across London can be hell and quicker to get the train to the midlands. We show Eastenders here too.

I generally don't travel but may meet if I'm around an area, such as Newcastle, which is a long way from my home. a guy cycled 50 plus miles to me, which is more than id do, partly as I'm not training. if he'd come through the peak district, it would have added hours to the journey time, due to the terrain.

The rarer the treat, the more likely that you'll need to go further for it.

Agreed! One guy I'll be travelling over 200 miles to meet in a few weeks - I happen to know he's well worth it!

Depends on our circumstances. Within 50 miles is what we like but if we're travelling further we'd tend to make a few days of it with the meet fitting into our plans. We wouldn't travel far distances (100 miles +) for the sole purpose of a meet, the meet would be secondary, no disappointment for a no show which we're always be prepared for.

For a first meet I stay local, I don't drive and I'm simply not willing to sit on a train for hours on the off chance we will get on, there is a pub about 2 mile from me just off the motor way I tend to arrange my first meets there

If it's somebody I have met before distance isn't an object if they are worth it

For a stranger who has just messaged, within 10 miles.

For someone I've messaged and built some rapport with, 2 hours.

Beyond that, it's down to inner trust, knowledge, etc. I do travel extensively and if someone I'd met in Croatia asked me to join them for a weekend, then I'd consider it if everything else about the person felt "right".

There are specific areas of the country I travel to regularly to visit friends and family, so 280 miles down to Berkshire sounds far, but if I'm down there, there's no point dismissing an opportunity, however when I'm home (and not working (ha!), 50 miles max!

I don't think distance is an issue unless it's a regular fb that's being sought!
