I have been told several times that I am a caring and a very polite person.

Do women like men like me or prefer them a bit rough. If so what can I do to change myself.

Please no silly answers.

I prefer kind and polite.

The world is full of idiots, it's nice to find someone genuine.

Women aren't some group of clones who all like the same kind of men. The thing most human beings of any gender can immediately recognise is somebody who isn't being themselves.

You can always do role play with someone you trust and play the 'alter ego'.

Tell them once. Then 2nd time and then HR.

I can get them to do the same thing as a good guy. I think

I couldn't give a sensible answer so perhaps won't comment.

So he isn't suggesting you change your personality but the way you approach managing staff which isn't the same thing.

Indeed - there are many styles of leadership. Dealing with conflict or resistance does require assertiveness at times though - you don't have to change being a good guy but the more flexible you can be in how you behave, the more effective you will be.

Be yourself. People are attracted to those who are genuine. If you are genuinely a nice guy then that is what is attractive about you.

Being a nice, genuine guy is the best approach. Look at me, I'm sti single while all my friends are settled down & happily married.....no wait. That's not proving the point!

The point is, be true to yourself, be you, because only you know what you're comfortable with. Other people can suggest things to help you get on in life, but ultimately it's up to you to do what you like with that information.

If you can be a kind, nice & polite person but bolster it with strength of character & conviction you're onto a winner.

Central

Polite and respectful only, compared to the opposite. It makes sense that you'd be caring, rather than following habits, if you treat others this way.

Gender doesn't have a lack of respect in males, unless they choose this.

Sexually you can be tender, rough, uninhibited etc, and feel free to expand your boundaries and repertoire. You will be a man.

Everything to be full of self regard and esteem, if you treat others very well, and not dependent upon whether they can do something for you or not. Someone with maturity and confidence is very attractive.

I have always said women need a 'dick' in their lives and they are not happy if they don't have one... U always need someone to tell u how it is and where to go but I prefer to keep that amongst my friends and out my bed...

So caring and polite is good. Don't change
