what's your opinion?

There seem to be some poster that post alot but dont contribute. They quote everyone else and add their emojes or ^this^ but hardly add anything else.

Now im all for everyone saying their piece but what's the point of repeating other people's points? Why not just say it in your own words?

I did have the urge to this one. Sometimes someone says it better, but there is always something to add when you agree. I think so anyway.

If they agree they show support.

If they don't they express.

There are one or two people who I've noticed only ever seem to do this rather than posting their own comment (I've probably only noticed because they're generally thumbing something inane like "it's not fabcheaters!") and it does make me think they have no independent thought, but if it's what they want to do more power to 'em.

I'll if someone's already said what I was going to say better than I could have done.

This for me too. I go in spates of doing thumbs up if I'm lazy.

Sometimes (always!) I have nothing intelligent to say so just thumbs up someone's post that is clevererer than anything I can come up with.

It doesn't irritate me when people do thumbs up or smileys. It's all good.

Well my opinion is you are wrong.

Maybe take a look outside the box to the larger grey area, it could also be someone's way of contributing to the forums without the fear of being jumped on.

I normally what both Scarlet and Anna say because I tend to agree with them. Plus I am not blessed with the ability to be succinct and a from me is probably far preferable to a stream of consciousness with a valid point somewhere in there.
