i'm thinking of trying out a local Zumba class and wondered if anyonee else had tried one

they look so much fun but i know i am going to die when i go!!!!!!

Hi I've been going for a few months now & it is brilliant fun,if you love to dance will love Zumba esp they way they teach you to shake your bits

I have started working out with Zumba and it is great fun!!!

Only got as far as learning the steps, and I work up a sweat without trying very hard.

And the moves really work my abs and bum muscles!!!

There aren't any classes near me, which is a real shame.

Go for it, as I believe you'll like it!

There is a dance that goes with it too! Fuckin energetic thing it is!
