room to rent

Just a thought.

As I live alone and have a 3 bed house I was thinking I could rent out one of the rooms for meetings for people who don't have anywhere and don't want to use hotels.

Would anyone use it? Just after opinions on it. I'm not after joining in as some backhand way of getting a meet. But thought it may help some people out.

This is only a thought and iv not got all the answers yet.

This isn't an advert. It's asking if it's though as a good idea or not. I won't advertise it on FAB

Look..it's a great idea..it ticks all your and other non vanilla peoples needs..just be careful fellar of the nutjobs, the nehh nehh da nehh nehh you shouldn't be doing that, the council, the you must have a club licence, insurance, hmrc, police raids caused by jealous neighbours, people on here.. etc etc etc..

Is it not the same as having your own meets ? What if I meet with a cpl ? I think everything has a risk factor. It may be a bad idea I get that and that's why I'm asking for others opinions. There maybe things iv not considered.

The Bly way I can see that working is if you rent it out to someone who has regular meets on a weekly basis say £50 a week, probably best suited to a couple, they don't have to accommodate at their family home, and if they are getting plenty of action it would work out cheaper than a hotel, plus they can leave stocks if condoms lube and some toys there, still don't think you will get many takers though

Stick in a few secret cameras a live Web feed and charge by the minute to view.

Just make sure you dispose your victims bodies carefully.

I was just thinking that . Covert cams all over the place for private viewing later. I think it is a terrible idea why would you want to turn your home into a Knocking shop

No, I'd not meet under those circumstances. Also would you make it available to guys wanting to meet guys, or TG? Would you really want your neighbours seeing me walking into your place? Also, would you only do it when you were there, or would you stay in so that you could be sure you still had a telly?

It seems a lovely idea in theory, but I think in reality it is a licence to get a headache.

i can see where you coming from, people having affairs a hotel is a bit public chance of being spotted, wouldnt worry about neighbors thou, unless you have the above average amount of traffic thru your door
