Why not just report the posts to admin. I don't think you can blame the site for the messages you receive

Baring in mind how small the number of fab members is that use the forum...who are you threatening with legal action, the site owners or the people who send you abuse who probably don't use the forum..

If there's on line hate mail/abuse etc. Work with the site admin to catalogue this, and if there's a consistent pattern then you both can take it further

however if it's random abuse/ trolling then I'm afraid there's little you out the site can do about it, except to try and minimise it.

Look at how your profile is managed with filters, and possibly even hide your profile
