Costa Blanca Spain...

All three of them die on the same day and find themselves stood together at St Peter's gate.

Welcome says St Peter, you've arrived on a good day because today you get to choose between Heaven & Hell.

Wow says Dave, do we get to look around first?

Yes of course says St Peter, I'll get Angel Gabriel to show you both before you decide.

So Gabriel takes them down the steps to hell and they are greeted by a wonderful sight. Blue sky's, swimming pools, golf courses, all their old friends are there, and great music.

This looks pretty good says Ed. I can't wait to see Heaven.

So back up the stairs they go to see heaven. It looks good too. Everyone dressed in white, playing harps and floating around on clouds.

That looks OK says Nick. but a bit boring.

So they go back to see St Peter who tells then they now have to elect which one they want to go to.

Dave looks at Ed. Ed looks at Nick. Nick looks.....shifty, but in the end they all agree. It just has to be Hell.

OK Gabriel, take them back down says Peter.

They go down stairs once again and as the door opens they are greeted by a huge baking hot desert, no water, 50 deg of heat and not a soul in sight.

What happened to the swimming pools, golf courses, our old friends, and everything else you showed us? they say.

Ah says Gabriel, things have changed now.

That was BEFORE THE ELECTION.
