Wine doesn't work as I'm a non-drinker.

I hit the gym headphones in and just go for it on the treadmill or go for a journey on a bus and just keep going.. I miss that! When I had arguments I could just up and go was amazing for thinking!

I like to get a kirby grip or bobby pin whatever people call them (it's a skinny hair grip to guys that may not know) anyway I stick it up my nose and tickle inside my nostril until I sneeze, will do it over and over again! I set my two newton cradles off or cwtch on my sofa with my fluffy throw, I have a nice big corner sofa and I snuggle in the corner, actually should change where I sit cos it's developing an arse groove.
