It really shouldn't work - but it does!

Had a blast from the past playing in the car on the way in this morning from one of my old 80s CDs - Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers and Swing the Mood.

Classic 60's tracks all mixed together overlayed with a drum track for good measure - now that really shouldn't work but it does!  Singing my heart out in the car!

And while on the subject, I've always had this thing for baked beans all mixed in together with salad cream.  Again, sound like it shouldn't work and would be disgusting, but it does!

What other unlikely combo's that really, really shouldn't work are you aware of?

McDonald's fries and chocolate milkshake. Bite a fry, sip a milkshake. I have resisted their lure for nigh on twenty years yet still have a taste memory.

It's cream first by the way. Acts as a butter substitute for the jam to stick to.
