Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Is it within your calorie goal? If so, go for it.

Easiest way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you burn during the day. Look up TDEE and BMR on Google and you should get a handy calculator that will tell you how many calories you should eat depending on how much you want to lose and how quickly you want to lose it. Then count your calories. Boring, but it works.

Minimum! I'm 5'10 and workout three times a week. 1500 is more my level and I'm losing 1lb a week on that. Someone more active would need more.

Depends on how much you weigh now, but that sounds doable. As I said, Google and use one of the online calculators. The Scoobys home workouts one is good as they suggest minimum calories based on your activity and how much you want to lose.

Just pure protein is all you need will help you build muscle and tone up, more muscle you have the more calories are required to maintain it therefore you burn more. Have a look on myprotein. They have loads, whey protein is best

Sure you can eats nuts after the gym, good protein, but lots of fat too.

I've also seen Tetrapaks of egg whites on sale in a Supermarket (probs Sainsbury's) and that is high protein without the fatty yolk. If you could stand to "drink" the stuff it could be an option.

Tuna is good protein/low fat.
