Grandfather

A grandfather in Newport Wales has just been sentenced to lime imprisonment for killing his granddaughter who was just 43 days old, apparently he caused a catastrophic bleed to the brain.

Is a life sentence enough?

I was born in Newport, moved when I was eight, never been so glad I left Wales
