With all the birds flying around, I've never seen one drop out of the sky.

A friends grey parrot had a heart attack. He fell off the perch rather than out of the sky though.

Used to keep chickens. Can confirm chickens (birds) do have heart attacks.

Although I guess you will need to give it an Autopsy to determine how it died.

i would think anything that has a heart could have an attack never seen one fall out of the sky though a massive bird did drop a little fury vole thing right in front of me once mind

Sparrow fell out of the sky in front of me. Don't know if it was a heart attack though obviously

I've been surrounded by massive loads of birds who've fallen from the sky, for unknown reasons. Feel sure birds hearts are predisposed to heart attacks.

That question doesn't have a yes or no answer, because it isn't that simple...In diurnal birds, 80% of the receptors may be cones whereas nocturnal owls have almost all rods. So there.
