Some people are desperate to prove themselves, one way or another, either by giving out false veris, or making them up

heard that some send out a veri saying they'd seen someone on cam, when they hadn't, just to try and get in their good books

So far as i know a fake female (or any fake account actually) would need a fake veri. I think the only reason someone would need a fake veri in this circumstance would be something dodgy.

A guy who thinks he needs a veri to get meets and is struggling to get meets would probably want a fake veri. I suppose in this circumstance they'd have a valid reason for doing so, but tbh they might not even be who they say they are.

Some guys who've left get verified straight away, usually off previous meets so wouldn't be fake profiles but may look fake because of this?

Oh it's more common than you think , it's the one's who av joined an hour ago and av a verification straight away that gets me , normally single guy verifying a single female . And then i have a giggle when i read the posts i av been here over a year and can't get a meet .

I don't verify people I do meet often never mind ones I don't and I certainly wouldmt put in a verification something happened that had not, what does anyone gain by that?

Oh i understand that bit but can't figure out why they disappear after a week if they stay that long . So really once you leave site you shouldn't be allowed to be verified by past conquest when you come bk that's my opinion but really nothing to do with this post , but just thought i would add it .

Do you mean the veri's that people put in profile text, like mine? Most people think mine are real which really makes my brain boggle.

I can't see the point of any veri that is more than "s/he was real". Some people like them though which is cool.

No idea why someone would claim a social meet was actually a play date. Sounds like lamppost pissing. Or person A lying and claiming veri's aren't real so that person B doesn't know they fucked....

A guy recently told me (and the whole chat room) that a couple did this for him when they were pissed one night. Reported both profiles.

The couple came into chat and me and another guy said it to them and they ripped us to shreds.

Their green ticks were removed on both profiles anyway

Using the fab system. Very strange! Hadn't thought about the lamppost pissing thing. Possibly, I was at a party Saturday, so could be a touch of jealousy there. Who knows!?
