I made the mistake of asking google, "why do we itch more at night". According to the Internet I may have liver failure...

Sigh

Googling stuff actually helped me get diagnosed years ago.

Had horrendous headaches.. went to Docs and got put on a few meds to treat me for migraines over several months. One med I was put on, in the leaflet, mentioned 'is also used to treat Cluster Headaches'.

I Googled Clusters out of curiosity, and said BAM!! thats the fucker!!

I now have full support for the right condition.

So, it does work, when used wisely.

A seaside town near you!

It can be very scary googling symptoms and is easy to misdiagnose through lack of knowledge so Google with care!!!

I went onto the NHS website to see what they would say about pain in my abdomen, I think I had some stomach cramps or belly ache, and everything I tried told me to go to A and E I was ok the next morning.

Never go to Dr Google. Especially since I had my kid, it'd scare the life out of you!
