After 5 minutes I'm dripping wet! and who I'm with stays dry as a chip!

Why do some get so moist and others don't?

Rogue is the same. Dripping like a soaked towel whilst Blondie is dry as a bone.

Guess it just comes down to how different metabolisms react to the heat.

oooooo just reminded me of a programme i saw about this - ( i know dont judge me by my tv watching ) - people from different cultures were found to sweat more - i think the orientals hardly sweated at all - was a long time ago so stand to be corrected - i myself get quite damp

When I go to City Steam, I tend not to spend too much time in the sauna itself

I perspire given the slightest provocation

Down to my metabolism I guess

I prefer the stream room to the dry heat of a sauna though

Either sauna or stean room get me pretty wet very quick. The ice cold shower after is just amazing!!

I do 10 minute stints in the sauna.

Once I was chatting to some bloke, we were the only 2 in it, and it was obvious neither of us wanted to wimp out and be the first to leave.

I am a dripper too, in the sauna and steam room - but psychologically, it gives me the feeling that it is doing something (other than make me sweat).
