Grilled tomatoes on toast or some Wensleydale with cranberries and water biscuits is what I really fancy ! I'm resisting temptation though.

What do you fancy right now - be it cheese related or not.

That sounds healthy but lovely too. I discovered you can get vanilla and blueberry rice cakes. Really tasty.

to celebrate the end of my dissertation I'm going to go and make blackberry cheesecake brownies.

But I could go for giant mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar...!
