Gym buddy

Cos of my meds and depression i found myseld eating more and hence putting a couple of stone on which now needs shifting. As well as the added bonus of getting healthy and fit again to boost my physical and well being.

So the post is open to get a gym or running buddt to get me in shape and keep me motivated.

Anyone?

If only closer - I so would run with you - I love workouts at 7 am...(no, I AM talking about gym and running and stuff).

As for badges... we had a thread a while ago, probably over a year now, about what badges you could acquire being a swinger... you have to work for it , you know
