Wolverhampton

Mine is a big poo (gets rid of the toxins) painkillers (obvious) and at least half a pint of juice (dehydration)

i always have a pint of water as last drink when out, another when i get in, with 2 paracetamol, 2more when i wake, then off to our local chinese buffet at lunch, nap in the afternoon.

Top tip that works for me.....if on a night of red wine, always have a few gin drinks like Gin lime and lemonade....almost gets rid of the headache side of a hangover! Without the gin I'm in a whole world of pain

Bacon butty, a good brew and some spooning. Irn-bru also has amazing medicinal properties for hangovers. Try and rehydrate by osmosis in the shower.

And if the world is spinning when you get in, have an old school choc ice. Its incredible!
