The gear stick.. I was trying to climb from the passenger side to the drivers side in a skirt because I couldn't open the passenger side door... Slipped and fell onto the gear stick..

Tent peg.. I was d*unk and that patch of grass looked comfortable so I sat down not realising there was a big peg sticking out of the ground...
