Start slowly.

Lower your factor a little.

1hr everyday (or when the sun is out)

Slow and steady or cheat with some gentle self tan or tinted moisturiser.

Embrace being pale....

It signals you're at a higher stage of evolution....

Well that's my excuse anyway,,,,

An East Indian gene pool may be the answer. Don't fret about pigment, your fair skin is highly desirable. No sense in looking like an ol' hold-all, in the words of Ben Kingsley in Sexy Beast.

A few mins a week on a sun bed. So long as you still put on your cream, you will be fine. I use them before I go on holiday to get my skin ready for sunshine lol Slow n steady, you won't go orange

apparently you can get a 'sunbed' glow by eating a pound of raw carrots every day for a couple of weeks - cheaper than going on holiday too!

you're welcome

Im quite paleskinned face and body, arms and legs go a little brown but I can sit in the sun for hours with sun cream or without suncream, go a horrible red then go pale again. Ive had spray tan before and loved it. Give that a try.
