Well after a few years of being unfit,(unfit by my previous standard) It's really nice to be in a position where I am not embarrassed to beast myself again, that feeling of pushing till you feel like you're lungs are going to burst, yet recovering very quickly after is a real high.

Admittedly I am nowhere near as fit as i was when doing ironman and ultra marathons.

But enjoying being cross fit.

What do other's really get a buzz from?

Excluding sex and electric shock

Yes that's a good quote from him and its true the pump is very addictive you get from it, which leaves you wanting more and more, then your hooked for years.

I prefer to play sport - can never get motivated to do fitness work alone. I get out on the bike a couple of times a week but that's more like a nice ride in the country
