Genuine Question ......

When either gender post their pics do they post what they think looks nice or do they attempt to appeal to who they are looking for?

I'd like to hear see inside the heads of people who send pics with a message more than anything.....

Who do you think will like the pic you send and why ?

We post pics that I think look nice and that I like,I do have a couple that show that im into certain things like the restraint so that will either attract people that like the same or put people off that are'nt into it

We only send face pics to others,not any other type and they are just normal run of the mill together smiley face pics that are boring really but clearly show what we look like if people choose to believe its us

for my part I try to put pics on that people may want to see i.e. face, torso part clothed etc, as for naked pics I have those in my private pics for anyone that may like to see them !!!

And as I am not particularly photogenic I prefer to meet face to face rather than swap pics.

Good question Gran.....I suppose I post photos that show me in my best light, so more than a bit of vanity from me.

I prefer my avatar photo to be more 'Arty', rather than one that looks like it is off the cover of a cheap porno DVD.

I do want to appeal to people of course,I get a lot of compliments about my pics which is always nice,but its also a case of this is me,this is how I like to look and this is part of what I like to do in this scene,its only a snapshot though,I would'nt take anyones pics as a complete interpretation of a person,obviously pics can be misleading as we hear all the time

I put pictures on of what i think people will see me as if they meet me. Obviously im not going to put an unflattering one on, but i think they get a rough idea of what i look like from my photos

Retstriant photos convey precisely what you said earlier: those into BDMS will be hugely turned on by them, and those who don't like it will be put off - and that's exactly what you want, is it not?

For my part, I'm a Dom and a Shibari ropemaster so any form of female restraint gets me buzzing (I had photos of Siren in ropes on our profile but took them down last year when she was pregant and never got round to putting them back up again.)

As for our current crop of photos, we put those up that we like the best or enjoyed taking. We've had a good response to them so we're quite pleased with that.

I think we all have favourite pics that we perceive show us at our best.

You hope other people share your _iew.

When we send pics, I don't think anyone asks another person other than their partner, if the pic is ok or not, so it is a self perception, or even a hope that others will share the same.

The restraint is not the be all and end all and I know that if I wanted that all the time I could go to other sites,but it is one of my personal pleasures and if someone comes along on here that is into the same then im happy as its a real treat,its not an every meet occurence and there have been a few that have completely the wrong idea about those very mild restraint pics and have to be put right quite quickly lol

But then again some people think that just because we're on here we'll be happy to shag everyone and anyone

Tricky one Granny. We have put pictures on our profile [_iewable by all] that we hope will entice people to look at, i.e. actually read, our profile. They're not explicit but we hope they're alluring/teasing enough to make people want a closer look. The pics that are _iewable by 'friends only' are a bit more explicit showing our bits and a bit more of our bodies. We obviously think that they make us look attractive and, as a bi-couple, that there is enough there to attractive ladies and gents. Some of these pics are 'posed' to show us in an attractive/sexy light and some are just us. The facial pics we send out to people are simply 'us', taken on a night out and we have chosen them because we look happy, relaxed and natural. Again, we hope this appeals to both ladies and gents. If we were to be honest, whenlooking at pics of others Jodie is fussier than Dan on account of Dan being a bloke lol

I send pics that I like and our face pics are again ones that I like but close up (ish) pics so that people can see what we look like. I dont try and send pics that I think will appeal to the person im sending them too, I dont try and hide behind a certain image just to appeal to someone. I am me, they either like it or they dont, but im not going to change to what I think they will like

Sadly I've been unable to get my pics past the Fab photo mods, only the very tame have been passed, but they are clear in what I like and the type of man I'm looking to play with.

My face pic is a clear, recent shot.

I put up photos that I'm happy with firstly. I'm quite happy with my body, but not in a poser type way, just with the work I've done on it. Working out 6 hours a week means I've been working out for 15 days solid since joining the site alone lol. As far as face pics go I pick ones that tend to show me clearly as the camera on my mobile does tend to blur things in some shots.

I do however consider what I believe women percieve as attractive when choosing which position to adopt...

our public pics are there to show us off sort of to the best of our abilities without inquisitive teenagers knowing their parents are on here

We send face pics and maybe a naughty pic of us with other people in shot.. But the odd hand etc.. To show other people have played with us..

That is to show we are genuine and do play with others

I do have pics that certainly show certain things that should not be seen in public, but then again that's what the private gallery is for after all, and some ladies do like to see these pics first?

Personally I think the sexiest way to be with a photograph is suggestive, that is to plant a wicked thought in a person's head and let the wonderful powers of imagination do their evil work and run with it. An example in case being that the boxer shorts I'm wearing in the bath are snug fitting and rendered partly transparent by the warm soapy water, meaning by the firm shape and flesh tone that is there to see a good idea of what lies underneath and whether it is in a state of arousal is all too apparent....without actually seeing anything! Then the imagination starts to wander....

With a few threads going at the moment about pics I did'nt know where to post this but I have found that with exception of one meet everyone that I have met has looked far better in the flesh than on their pics and ive told them this

The one meet that was the exception was still gorgeous but I had a big thing for his avatar pic,there was a look about him that just made me melt,unfortunately he could'nt maintain that particular look all night long
