warm drink to sip/swill (warmish not hot) and window open?

whiskey in warm water with a tiny bit of honey is good. will help numb the tooth.

Visit the dentist, take a couple of pain killers to get you through the journey - you will cool down from being outside, toothache sorted out, return home…. open window
