Seems they have moved on from photo thieving to verification thieving, I posted one to a lady I know and now one of her friends uses the same phrase in every verification she makes, looks like its a trip to my solicitors to deal with this very naughty Lady

Why not send her another original, different one then?

I'm sure she wouldn't mind displaying two from the same person, or could simply hide the other one.

At the end of the day they're just words - not owned by anyone.
