know what ya mean... felt so elated when i finally finished off paying my student bank loan..... and finish paying my mortgage in 3 yrs time so just coming up on the finish...

Im still waiting for refund of a mis-sold ppi premium on a loan i had a few years ago.the lian company offered less than i was entitled to so Went to ombudsman and the adjudicator upheld the misselling. But the loan company stll didnt agree. The senior ombudsman has now got the case and looking at all info on it.been told its very rare an ombudsman disagrees with adjudicators verdict and normally they are just ordering the company to pay interest and compensation on top of the refund.

So from a paltry grand offered by company it looks like ( fingers crossed ) i could get between 8 and 14 grand dependant on the decision!

Drinks WILL be on me if its sorted before christmas!
