BBC news.... "Ed Miliband is to announce plans to crack down on firms who exploit migrant workers and "drag down" wages."

I have kind of lost count of how many crackdowns have been promised in this campaign. I wonder who will get the jobs in all these new crackdown quango's and who will be paying.

Do we need a whole raft of crackdowns or can we just sort the shit out without crackdowns?

Apply the law properly and there is no need for a crackdown

Well that would actually be a good idea.

Which part are you opposed to? Stopping exploitation and not allowing wages to stagnate too much seem like good ideas to me.

He's using a word like crackdown because most of the electorate are morons and they like simple catchphrases at election time.
