I haven't been able to train for a around 3 months now and this week is my first back. I like to have a target when I am training I have done marathons tough muddier 3 peaks these kinda things.can anyone recommend anything that i can set my sights on to keep me going please

I'm back on the training having been away for a while. I find entering an event like mudder or trail trekker helps. It gives you a goal to focus in on.
