No, not at me! Why do politicians feel the need to include the word in nearly every sentence? Bugs my tits! Did I miss something at school or sumthink?

Aussies seem to say it a lot and for some reason it's come into our culture too.

Politicians are very stage managed and coached these days. If they say it often, it's because their PR people believe that it's an effective tool and have ingrained it in them

It's a word that grabs your attention and makes you listen, they should use listen really and not look.

Or maybe it's them asking you to look so that you don't listen? I should know the answer to this, it will be for a purpose though.
