New Equality Laws...

....have come into force from 1st October making it illegal to discriminate on the grounds of "gender or sexual orientation".

I previously thought we had equality laws, but these semm to go further... so here's my question.

Under these "new" laws, will "swingers" clubs have to charge everyone the same?

Or is there some loophole that will allow them to carry on with the practice of charging different amounts for single guys, couples etc?

If they put up prices its going to make it bad for single guys. Single women won't go if they have to pay what single guys do. At the moment it works, price keeps things balanced. I for one don't want to go into Chams and have it lacking in females.

Im more inclined to think that women don't go on morality grounds more than price.

There are still double standards generally in society and women who enjoy sex for sex sake are frowned on ..... Britain isn't as sexually progressive as we'd like to think. Women have generations of norms and mores to shake off .....

Actually it's not only for employers but also relates to public sector organisations (councils, health service, education etc) or those providing services on behalf of those organisations.

Also, they technically came into force, but without any guidelines as parts of it are still out for consultation so in effect there isn't a great deal of guidance or clarity on how it will all work.

price is a factor for me - i like only paying a fiver to get into chams lol
