Or early menopausal ones. Did you sail through it or did you suffer.

I've started about 6 months ago and only have one symptom but was told by a beauty therapists who I hadn't mentioned it to that my skin was becoming unbalanced. So so far all good but I do have a mirena coil that has hormone replacement in it.

Had far more symptoms when I had my hormone problem.

I'm smack bang going through it. Had lots of problems over the last 6 months. Had coil fitted but removed as it was causing more problems. Now just left with hot flushes which are a bit of a nightmare but hopefully be over them soon xx

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

Regularly woken by hot flushes. Forgetful. Not particularly emotional. I did read that menopausal symptoms can last up to 12 years - so that's something to look forwards

DEVIZES

I noticed this week that I didnt become unbearably hot walking through the airport as I have done in the previous few years, looking back, I dont think I have been as hot at work either.........I'm hoping thats it!

The Dr did say a couple of years ago that I wouldnt need another Mirena coil after this one, perhaps he knew something I didnt

Unbalanced??? What kind of rubbish is that? She's just trying to con you into spending a lot of money on treatments. My menopause has been ongoing for ten years now, my mother was still having hot flushes when she died at 72. Apparently a sizeable minority of women continue with the symptoms for decades, how shitty is that?

it is unbalanced though compared to this time last year, I have areas that are drier than others.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

My periods have gone haywire. I was told that being perimenopausal meant they would be longer and closer together, but some months they don't turn up at all, and others they are very light, but last for weeks. Very difficult to arrange meets really. I also have acne from time to time (so skin imbalances to happen) but not as bad as it was last year.

I'm on my last Mirena now so hoping its all over by 2021 or I'll have to make sure I use the extra thick, mega safe condoms after that.

Wakefield

I've always had the depo injection and continued having it through through the menopause, only symptoms I had were a few night sweats which disappeared when I used Serenity cream from Wellsprings. I was lucky.

I'm in this stage and it's so so very unpredictable,, I had no periods for 4 months,, but now they are back,,, I'm also getting mood swings, emotional, cry at the drop of a hat,,, but thankfully I am still very horny and wet,,,

As for skin, I've had a few under the chin spots which are annoying and a couple of dry patches on my forehead which is new,,, Aldi serum is fantastic and I've started using their day cream too which is not to heavy but sorts out the dry patches

Nether regions of the back of beyond

I've been going through it for years, I last had a period in 2008 but recently have had a small bleed every 3 to 4 weeks, the night sweats are the killer for me cos I defo need more sleep than I'm getting

I can relate to the night sweats as I had horrendous symptoms before it was diagnosed, really thought it was the change, but maybe my medication for that is helping as well.

The only symptom I have is full blown period symptoms but only a spot of blood where as I hadn't had anything for over 15 years due to the coil.

no matter

HRT helped me I had hormonal symptoms after giving up smoking I also developed an underactive thyroid.

It stopped the temperature fluctuations brought back my dead libido helped my skin and memory. Sailed through a menopause not aware i was having one.

Was gutted when they made me stop it because I had breast cancer, My skin is now dryer and memory is shot No libido generally Old . It sucks basically.

12 years? Please just put me down and out of my misery. I saw Patsy Kensit talking on Good Morning a while back about menopause. She had awful trouble going through it. I'm not looking forward to it that's for sure

First symptoms appeared 12 years ago. Still having night sweats and hot flushes, but not as frequent as before. Not had a period in four months so hoping this is the end!

periods all over the place, a few night sweats, but that's about it.

I'm sure if I ignore it, it'll go away.

no matter

Forgot to say my problems started at 40.. because I was on hrt on and off I had a period monthly just two or three days and lighter right through till I was 58. No hot flashes.

I do seem to have a high body temperature tho so wearing clothes can be uncomfortable since I stopped. I think that is thyroid related.
