roller skate rink

Does anyone have a rink near them? Or ever use it if they have?

A leisure centre by me holds skate events now and then in their sports hall.

I used to live in Milton Keynes and they had a dedicated skate rink. Had my own skates and everything lol

roller skate no not in my area however used to ice skate often at local ice rink,

still have the ice hockey boots as well but I think its time I got some new ones I did buy some roller blades instead and tried those out

yeah i still go ice skating alot

well with hockey skates on as i cant do the girly figure skates

roller rings there was one in aston now its moved to edgbaston

RollerWorld in Derby is good fun, and yes I still have my Bauer Turbo roller skates.

you never forget the moves, still like to show off even if I am the oldest skater in there!

Good fun and good excersise, and lots of pretty girls to watch!

There's one near us but we don't go often sadly. I used to live in Durham ice rink when I was a teenager!

I once met with a guy at his house and during the pre-shag chat I was feigning an interest in his re-discovered passion for roller skating.

Sadly he decided to model his vintage roller skates for me and demonstrate some of his best skating moves....

Theres an outdoor roller rink in a park near to us. They play music and theres a cafe next to it. I've taken the kids a few times, it was great fun learning to skate again and it is good exercise too.

roller blades fine not a problem except the rubber stop never used that method to stop

roller skates tried once and went flat on my arse they where then used to make a skateboard out of them

See this is what I mean, would be fabulous to see, forum members out of their comfort zone, and flailing about like bambi on ice!
