Titz Towers, North Notts

I don't think anyone in a hotel is that fussed what your orientation is, aside from that legal case down South.

I stayed in a gay guest house near the north shore a few years back. Couple of guys with a nice labrador. Tiniest room ever!! Good breakfast though.

I know the owners of a few 'sexuality specific' hotels in Blackpool.

Depends what you're looking for.

The Wilcot is the better of them in the style of a boutique hotel.

Trades - well it's all about bumming and leaving your door open - has a dark room etc on site.

Mardi Gras - good budget hotel, less sleazy but closer to gay scene.

Also know of some gay friendly hotels.

Only recommending the above because I know the owners so know that the accommodation is in fact ok.

Would it be OK if a "gay" hotel turned away a straight couple if they wanted to stay?

Angus & Findhorn

I stayed in Trades for one night many years ago.

I left at 2am... it freaked me out

Same here, I was fresh to the whole BI thing, went there with a guy I was fucking. He obviously knew the score - door handle going and all sorts, I was going nuts and then he suggested just unlocking the door and fucking him.

Screw that!

I went off and checked into the Hilton.

They wouldn't turn you away but they'd advise you that it's guests are gay and free to express their sexuality
