Cheers everyone " Sensible diet you dnt have to just eat lettuce! Motivation? Find a nice outfit you really want 2 sizes down and work hard to be able to wear it! Training; 3 weight sessions a week mon-weds-fri with 2 cardio tues-thurs wknds off Think of how fantastic you will look in 8wks if you start monday!! Good luck | |||

"Its easy, men eat 2500 to maintain, lower calories to 1700 and you will lose and also do cardio. Carbs should be very low. Good luck." What he says its all in the maths, less calories in than you burn and the extra energy has to come from stored fat reserves. | |||
