The Town by The Cross

Just read a BBC article on it.

All adult content is to be blocked by default unless customers opt out.

Simple opt out to keep the service in your home.

BT have been doing it since the turn of the year. Just a matter of setting parental controls to off

Because it's heavy handed, heaven forbid parents take responsibility themselves to monitor what their children access, no better block everyone's internet like the free nation we are.

No no no it's far too easy to put blocks on.......heck you can even individualy type the names of sites you want to block yourself. Like you said far easier to let the providers do it

They aren't blocking anything. They're giving people the option. Everyone can set it to whatever they'd like. Took me l of 2 minutes.

They've said that if people don't confirm what limits they want on their broadband the first time they try to access an adult site they will need to set it then.

I think the block should be re set weekly, if you can't be arsed to remove a simple block on your isp then you may be a bit lapsy daisy about turning up to meets on time if at all, plus, it will out Mr cheap thrill mr married but looking who just wants to look at the naughty pics, can you imajine him explaining it to his wife lol "yeah it's because the golf forum can get a little bit sweary" lmao

I am joking btw
