For years I've been looking in sports shops for a baseball cap with the peak at the back only to find everyone just sells the front peak versions.

I wouldn't judge the mental ability of a person just because they had their hat on back to front.... however, if other items of their clothing were also back to front, I may assume they had licked a window or two.

I read a comment in the Times about this. The writer said that to remove a third of the intelligence from a youth, you put a baseball cap on his head. To remove two thirds of his intelligence, you turn the cap through 180 degrees!

There must be some truth in it because it's usually matched up with jeans with the waistband below the cheeks of their arse.

So they obviously haven't the intelligence to buy the right size or a belt!
