What you need to do is...

Salad Creme

Tuna

Mix it up a little...

BOOOOM...Tuna Mayo!

Slice your cucumber...thin slices now! 6 slices per sandwich, its ok if they overlap.

Bread of your choice (I go with a French Stick mostly for that crunchy on the outside soft on the inner stuff)

Vwa-Lah...that's how we do with Tuna!

Loose the bread, add some Cous Cous or quinoa, red onion, lemon juice, chopped sugar snaps and some edamme beans, splash of balsamic vinegar and some black pepper.

Now we are talking.
